粗颗粒煤炭流化床浮选试验研究

Experimental research on flotation of the coarse coal particles in the fluidized bed

摘要: 以2.0~0.5mm宽粒级煤炭粗颗粒为研究对象,用实验室流化床,对煤炭颗粒进行流化床浮选试验。采用Design-Expert 8.0软件,对窄粒级低密度级煤炭颗粒进行优化设计,对不同粒径颗粒浮选最优解进行归纳。并对全粒级全密度级进行流化床浮选,结果表明,当上升水流速度为1.39cm/s,气流表观速度为0.104cm/s,捕收剂药剂用量为72g/t时,精煤灰分为12.23%,尾煤灰分为54.94%,精煤产率为45.06%。

Abstract: The experiment was carried out by using the laboratory fluidized bed, which is the research object of the coal coarse with -2.0+0.5 mm. The optimized Design of low-density, low-density coal pellets was carried out by design-expert 8.0 software, and the optimal solution for the flotation of different particle size particles was carried out. And the full graded full level density fluidized bed flotation, the results show that, when the rising flow velocity of 1.39 cm/s, airflow apparent velocity of 0.104 cm/s, collector reagent dosage of 9.0 μL/L, ash is 12.23%, the tailing ash can be divided into 54.94%, yield is 45.06%.
